Terms & Conditions

1. The CUCKOO+ CARE SERVICE PACKAGE CNY PROMOTION (“CCSP CNY PROMOTION”) is offered exclusively to existing CUCKOO Water Purifier customers who:
   1. have purchased their unit outright; or
   2. have completed their TRUE RENTAL PLAN contract with no outstanding payments.
      (Collectively referred to as “Customer”.)
2. The CCSP CNY PROMOTION allows Customers to renew the CUCKOO+ Care Service Package for their existing water purifier for one (1) year only.
3. Customers who have not renewed their CUCKOO+ Care Service Package and are subject to a reactivation fee must first settle the reactivation fee before they are eligible to redeem the CCSP CNY PROMOTION.
4. Customers who are using discontinued CUCKOO Water Purifier models may have their CUCKOO+ Care Service Package renewals assessed based on the number of years the model has been in use. Such Customers may also be required to complete the Acknowledgment and Waiver of Liability process prior to redeeming the CCSP CNY PROMOTION. 5. To redeem the CCSP CNY PROMOTION, the Customer is required to screenshot the promotion from the website and email it to
   info@cuckoo.sg for processing.
6. CUCKOO reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
